Your sole trader tax return, filed properly.
Work for yourself in Ireland, whether you’re freelancing, contracting, or running a small business in your own name? We prepare and file your annual tax return for you from €299 incl. VAT: a clear checklist, a draft you approve, and a Chartered Accountant on the file. You don’t need to understand self-assessment to get started.
2025 filing deadline
2025 Form 11 deadline: 31 October 2026. ROS: 18 November 2026 if you both file and pay through ROS.
Built for people who work for themselves.
If any of these sound like you, you almost certainly need to file an annual tax return, and that’s exactly what we handle. Not sure? Tell us your situation and we confirm what you need, free, before you pay anything.

How our accounting and tax services work
Accounting and Tax Services in Ireland: clear scope, fixed fee and draft review before anything is filed or finalised.
-
Enquire Tell us what you need
To begin, send a few details by email or the contact form, no documents at this stage.
-
Scope & onboarding Fixed fee, then records
We confirm the scope and fixed fee in writing. If you proceed, we send the engagement pack and records checklist.
-
Draft & approval Review before filing
We prepare a draft return for your review. We file through ROS only after you approve the draft.
What about records?
Nothing is needed to get your quote. After you decide to go ahead, we send a secure checklist covering your income records, business expense summaries, and anything extra like rental or investment income. The full checklist lives on the Form 11 page.
Once scope is confirmed and complete records are in (with onboarding done where required), we typically target submission within 5 business days. Timelines depend on complexity, complete records and ROS access/agent-link steps. For security reasons, documents are not accepted via WhatsApp or social media.
